Check Your Courses for Financial Aid Eligibility

Students who are awarded financial aid may receive a notification in their eServices account regarding courses that are ineligible for financial aid.

This means that one or more courses have been flagged because they are not part of the your major, general education, transfer or certificate program. Only courses that are part of the your major, general education, transfer or certificate program can receive financial aid.

The BOG Fee Waiver is not affected. If a student has been awarded a BOG Fee Waiver, it will cover the enrollment fees for all courses, even those not required for the student’s major.

Log in to eServices and review the “View Course Eligibility” screen to check for ineligible courses you have enrolled in. If anything is marked as ineligible, follow the decision tree to determine your next steps.
