Book Sales

Textbooks for Davis Center classes are sold here during the first two weeks of each semester. Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted. Please call the SCC-College Store at 916-558-2421 for more information. NOTE: All returns must be made at the SCC-College Store in Sacramento.

Printing/Copying & Computers

Printing and copying is available in the LRC via the GoPrint pay-per-print system at a cost of 10-cents/page. You may use your Student Access Card to make copies or prints at any GoPrint station at any college in the Los Rios District. Cards may be obtained, activated and additional value may be added here at the Davis Center.

A few computers are available for use in the LRC. The computers run Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and have access to GoPrint and the Internet as the standard configuration. In addition, a small number of Netbooks are available for 4-hour checkout.  Please click HERE for more information.

Reserve Books

We do our best to have copies of the current semester text books available on our reserve shelf. The books can be checked out for 2 hours at a time, on a first-come, first-serve basis using a valid Student Access Card.

Student Access Cards (ID Cards)

The Student Access Card is your official college ID card. It also acts as your library card, GoPrint printing card, a transit pass (with a valid sticker) and may even give you a discount at participating stores and merchants. To get your card, you must bring a photo ID, be currently enrolled in classes and not have any outstanding balance due on your account.

Tutoring

Tutoring is available at the Davis Center LRC on a first-come, first-serve basis. Appointments are not necessary with the exception of the English Writing tutor.  Please click here for the current tutoring schedule.
