BSI CONVERSATIONS
2008-09 December 2, 2008The first Basic Skills Initiative Conversation was held on December 2, 2008. The purpose of the conversation was to provide an informal forum for those interested in the Initiative to share ideas about what they are doing and how we can reach a larger audience. (Minutes 12-2-08 BSI Conversation) 2009-10 During the fall semester various faculty members will make a brief presentation on how they are meeting the needs of our students who have basic skills needs. Afterwards those in attendance will have an opportunity to talk and share ideas. The "Conversations" will be held on the first Friday of each month, 12:00 - 1:30 in City Cafe 2; and are open to anyone interested in attending.
