Please submit this form no less than one week in advance. If you need to request more than one orientation session, please fill out the form an additional time. Orientations at the Centers are in most cases taught by the Off-Campus Librarian, Jeff Karlsen (916-558-2583, karlsej@scc.losrios.edu).

Please note that the instructor or a substitute must be present during the orientation. Orientations are usually one hour long. If you require a shorter amount of time, please indicate this in the comments below.
