All first-time college students need to complete both an Orientation and Counseling Workshop before they register for classes. Learn  how to declare a major, transfer opportunities, and financial services. Also, work with a counselor to develop an appropriate first-term course schedule. 

Click on one link below to schedule an appointment. Do Not Schedule Yourself in More than One Orientation Appointment. Once you submit your application you are immediately scheduled for that appointment.

If you schedule more then one appointment all appointments will be cancelled. 

Please be sure to show up 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Meet at the Registration/Financial Aid Lab in Business 153 with your photo ID and a Sacramento City College student ID number (which you should receive via email after submitting an online application). Late arrivals will NOT be admitted.
