- Take Hwy 99 to the 12th Ave. turnoff. Go west to Freeport Blvd (dead end) and turn right. The clinic is about 200 yards on the right, just north of Parking Lot "G". (A 3-Story building with a silver-domed observatory on the roof.)
- If you make an appointment in time, a Daily Parking Permit will be mailed to you. If a permit will not reach you in time, you can pick up the permit when you check-in for your appointment.
- You can park in any student or staff parking spot. (You cannot park in Handicapped spaces unless you have a handicapped placard and permit).
- You must write your name, car make (Ford, etc) and the car license number on the permit.
- Place the permit on the driver's-side of the dashboard.
