If you worked in the U.S. in 2009, you are required to file your income tax return BEFORE April 15, 2010. If you did not work in the U.S. you are still required to file INS Form 8843 BEFORE June 15, 2010.
Planning on international vacation travel? BEFORE leaving the United States, you must get SCC P/DSO official’s signature on valid I-20 Form. Advise first registering full-time spring. Visit Center early May and after full-time enrollment.
