How to Create an Academic Requirements Report (What-if Report)

This is an unofficial report which should be used with your counselor.

A What-if Report is a tool which will help you plan the classes you need in order to reach your educational goal. The report will allow you to readily assess your progress towards completing the degree or certificate that you have declared as your major. Be aware that there are classes showing from all four colleges in the district.


Step 1.

Go to your eServices and click on “My Academics”

Step 2.

Click on “What-If Report – Create a what-if scenario”

STEP 3.

Click on “CREATE NEW REPORT”

STEP 4.

Select the school you will be graduating from and select your major.

Then click on “Submit Request”

Click on “view report as pdf”

GLOSSARY OF TERMS – ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

Academic Requirements

The term used in e-Services for degree audit which is an automated system designed to provide information pertaining to degree/certificate progress.

Select Institution/Career

This term is used to denote the college(s) in your Academic Requirements report, i.e. ARC, CRC, FLC, SCC.

Collapse All

If this button is pushed, it will condense the Academic Requirements report to headings, no details.

Expand All

If this button is pushed, it will open up all heading areas and provide greater detail.

View All or View 100

If you click on the link, it will expand the course listings in a specific area, i.e. Humanities.

Dynamic Condition

A condition that is not a course, needed to satisfy a requirement-i.e. Taking a competency test, typing test, DD214, etc.
