Transcripts can be sent to other colleges and universities by using our online form.
To order a transcript sent to your home or business you must do one of the following:
- Fax us at (916) 558-2190
- Write us at Sacramento City College, Admissions and Records, 3835 Freeport Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95822
- Come into our office located in Rodda North, Room 159

If you cannot use the form, we need your name, student ID number (or last four digits of your Social Security number), date of birth, the address where you want the document mailed, and your signature. Why? By law we need your signature to send your information anywhere but an accredited institution.
- Allow five to seven working days for processing, plus mail delivery time.
- The first two transcripts are free of charge. A fee of $2 is charged for each additional transcript requested.
- There is a $10 fee per copy for 24-hour transcript service.
- Payments must be made by cash, check, or money order. We do not accept credit cards.
- Telephone requests for transcripts are NOT accepted.
- We do NOT fax transcripts.
- Photo ID is required for release of any personal information.
