an alternative to in-person orientation
Welcome to the Sacramento City College Online Orientation. Orientation is part of the matriculation process designed to get you in to SCC and on course for the completion of your educational goal.
The matriculation process is comprised of five steps: (1) Application, (2) Orientation, (3) Assessment, (4) Counseling and (5) Registration. Completion of the first four matriculation steps is one of the criteria needed to qualify for priority registration dates.
Some students may be exempt from these matriculation steps based on their goals and previous educational experience. For more information, check the Student Guide.
Before you begin the Online Orientation you must:
- File an Application
- Know your Los Rios Student ID Number
- Allow 15 to 30 minutes to complete the Orientation and Review
