Jobs on campus:  Open student assistant positions are posted on the job board outside RN-147, and in job binders at the Career Center.  You can also sign up on-line for LINCS to Hire Education to view on-campus jobs & internships that are currently open.  To apply, pick up a student application from the Career Center or download a copy (in MS Word format) here:  Student Application.   Save your document and submit a printed copy to the Career Center.  A separate application needs to be submitted for each position for which you wish to apply.  A resume can be attached, but will not be accepted as a substitute for the application.  Please note:  Tutoring jobs require a different application which is available at the Career Center. 

Student Assistant positions are listed under two types:  Student help, open to any student enrolled for at least 6 units (12 units for international students), and Federal Work Study, available only to students who are given FWS as part of their financial award package by the Financial Aid Office.  For more details, click the links below.

Local jobs:   Off-campus employment postings from local employers in the Sacramento area can be viewed in our local and government job binders.  A sample of them are posted on the job board in Rodda North Hallway.
