Staff Development Program Review
The program review process for Staff Development is the next step in the college planning process for areas that complete program plans. Each objective outlined in a college program plan defines an expected outcome and outcome measure. The program review process documents whether the objective was achieved based on the defined outcome measures. This process occurs on an annual basis after the completion of the college’s academic year.
