Safe Space

Safe Space Training

Safe Space is a one to two-hour training for faculty, staff, managers and students, on LGBTQIA issues and culture.  The purpose of the training is

  • To establish SCC as a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQIA students and staff
  • To educate individuals on LGBTQIA culture, as part of a diverse campus
  • To meet the training requirements of AB 620.
