Learning Resources Division

In support of Sacramento City College’s educational mission, the Learning Resources Division offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for the campus community by:

• assisting students in the development of their full academic potential;
• strengthening comprehensive learning and critical thinking skills;
• enhancing retention;
• promoting student success; and
• motivating students to become self-directed learners.

The center provides support services, such as individual or group tutoring, learning skills courses, library resources and services, distance education, instructional media, archives, and basic skills development.
