Sacramento City College provides use of our facilities to the community. We have classrooms, meeting rooms, our newly renovated Stadium and Performing Arts Center, as well as many other facilities available for rent.

There are three requirements necessary for renting our facilities:
- Approved and signed Facility Use Permit
- Certificate of Insurance naming Los Rios Community College District Sacramento, CA 95825 as additionally insured with endorsement page.
- Payment of fees – at least ten days prior to event
The Rental Process
Once we receive your application, we will check availability of the requested facility against our schedules and will verify whether your date is available. Please note that Sacramento City College is an educational facility and therefore our credit classes, campus activities and meetings are priority, this includes the Performing Arts Center and Hughes Stadium.
If the facility is clear of credit classes or any other campus activity, we will put together a rental contract for your signature, which will include rental costs and invoice. You are required to return the contract signed and provide payment and insurance before your event is confirmed.

What are the costs for renting a facility?
Sacramento City College Rental fees are guided by the Los Rios Community College District (Board Regulations R-1000/R-1412). Fees are subject to change depending on specific needs of the event, set up, technicians, supervision, etc. Because of the specific information we need from you, we require the completion of our application as a first step so we have all the information necessary to put together an initial estimate.
Do you co-sponsor?
Sacramento City College and/or the Los Rios Community College District does not co-sponsor.
How soon will I hear back regarding my application?
While being sensitive to your event deadlines for preparations, advertisements and planning, Sacramento City College is an educational facility and our credit classes and campus events are priority. We need to check several schedules and clear availability with different departments to ensure the requested facility is free of any other activities. Due to this process, there is not a set time frame to confirm a response. We prioritize on a first come first serve basis and try to get back to requestors as soon as possible.
Can I come tour the facility?
Yes. You would need to set up an appointment with the Operations Supervisor, Brenda Buckner at (916) 558-2525 as we will need to check class schedules to make sure the facility is open and set aside time for a tour.
