To request a verification for Sacramento City College course(s), you can do one of the following:

Please include the following information:

• all previous names you have attended under,
• your current address,
• your date of birth,
• your Student ID Number or the last four digits of your social security number,
• which semester needs to be verified,
• address where the verification is to be sent, and
• your signature.

Telephone requests are NOT accepted. Verifications can be mailed or picked up. We do NOT fax verifications. Verification requests are always welcome at the Admissions and Records Counter.

Photo ID is required for release of any personal information.

Verifications are processed seven to ten days after we receive the request.
