The SCC Unit Plan process takes place on an annual cycle. Each Fall semester, departments write the Unit Plans for the next year. The information on this page provides guidance for that process.
Data for Unit Planning can now be found at the PRIE website titled, SCC Program Review and Unit Planning Data. Please Note: This Planning Data Website is only Available on a Campus computer, "Local Intranet".
If you would like help with your Unit Plan, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact Rose Fassett by phone at ext: 2511 or by email to schedule a time for Marybeth Buechner to work with you.
Unit Plans with department and division priorities and estimates of fiscal costs, are due to the PRIE Office by Dec. 7th, 2011. This is a firm deadline. Both individual Unit Plans from each department and combined division Unit Plans should be sent to PRIE. Please send the completed Unit Plans to Rose Fassett.
Each Spring semester, departments report on whether they've achieved the objectives for the current year. If you are interested in those reports, they are at this link.
