System Upgrade Outage: Saturday, July 31st 2010

We will be implementing an upgrade of our Financial Aid system on Saturday, July 31^st, 2010. This means that access to My City Aid will be temporarily unavailable. We expect this process to be completed by 5:00pm.

Fall 2010 Loans

We will begin to accept loan requests for Fall 2010 on August 2nd, 2010. Please check our loan webpage at that time for the most up to date information and instructions. Thank you!

Summer Loan Check Disbursements

Due to peak processing, there will be no loan disbursements made on July 23rd, 2010 and July 30th, 2010. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Wednesday Office Closure starting July 7th

Greetings! We are working extremely hard to complete our summer processing so that we can begin awarding for fall. In order to accomplish this challenging task (we have experienced an 85% increase in Financial Aid applications over the last two years), we must close our service window every Wednesday in addition to the office closure on Fridays.

We know that you will understand since you are anxious to receive your fall award information. Remember, you can always go to the Registration/Financial Aid Lab in B153 to learn how to review your Financial Aid file online.
