Electronic Access Request Form

Request your Access/Library Card number; 
search the password-protected databases, as well as e-reserves, from off-campus. 

If you have an Access/Library Card AND it was activated at the SCC Library circulation desk, then you do not need to use this form. 

If you are a distance student and/or you don't have a library-activated Access/Library Card, fill in below and we will activate and email your barcode number to you during the next working day. Database and e-reserves privileges will continue as long as you are a current student or staff member with the Los Rios District.
