Black Student Union (BSU)

The purpose of the Black Student Union shall be:

1. To challenge and enlighten Black students with cultural ideologies, encouraging awareness and excellence while simultaneously promoting and putting into habit practices that will improve the educational statistics and standards of Black students.
2. To promote the unification and solidarity of Black students for problem-solving defining & practicing Black culture.
3. To create and share economic opportunities for prosperity within the community of Black students on campus.
4. To serve as a liaison between Black students and the campus administration.
5. To represent and involve Black students in political and community matters.
