The first step would be to apply for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) at coveredca.com. You will be able to choose a plan that fits your financial and health circumstances. See Student FAQs on the Covered CA website.

Health Services can make a referral for Sac Covered to assist you by phone to sign up for MediCal or Covered California.
What if I don’t have health insurance and I get sick or hurt?
