Language and Literature Division
The mission of the Language and Literature Division is to facilitate the success of students on campus by offering programs in English, English as a Second Language, Journalism, and Reading. The Division’s offerings cater to students at all levels—from developmental to advanced—and prepare students for academic work in other disciplines, for transfer to a four-year college, and/or for work in a variety of occupations.
