Black Panther crouching
Imagine that the Black Panther is in Sacramento. What do you think he would be doing?

Submit a one-page story or one-page illustrated comic page to the LRC Research Help Desk (2nd floor) on the main campus, the Front Desk at the West Sac Center, or Room 215 at the Davis Center by Wednesday, November 21 and you might be the winner of a fabulous prize!

Here are the rules:

  • Contest is open to all currently enrolled students of Sacramento City College.
  • Students must enter either a one-page story or a one-page illustrated comic book page imagining what Black Panther would do if he were in Sacramento. Entries longer than one page or larger than 8½” x 11” will be disqualified.
  • Students must include their name, W# and an email address, neatly written on the back of the entry. Any entry showing the author’s information on the front of the entry will be disqualified.
  • All entries must be turned in to the SCC Research Help Desk (LRC, 2nd floor) by closing on Wednesday, November 21. Entries can also be turned in to the Front Desk at the West Sac Center and Room 215 at the Davis Center.

All entries will be on display on the 2nd floor of the LRC from November 27 to December 19. Voting will begin on November 28 and will end on December 7. Winning entries will be posted on the 2nd floor of the LRC on December 10.
