Internal Campus Event Reservations

For an event to qualify as an “internal campus event” it must meet the following criteria (LRCCD Policy R-1411):

  • It’s primary purpose is to support the Campus Mission
  • The activity/event must be under control/supervision of a LRCCD employee for the duration of the event
  • Any fees charged for the event are deposited into District/Campus accounts and used to support activities or campus programs.

Internal Campus Event Reservation Form

  • Please allow at least five (5) business days for processing and at least (15) business days for events with custom set ups.

    Requests and inquiries to check availability will not be accepted over the phone or email without the proper paperwork.

    Confirmations of facility reservations will be e-mailed to sender. Facilities requested are not scheduled until receiving a confirmation.
 

Event Information

  • Club Requests must be submitted through the Student Leadership and Development Office. Any Club request directly submitted to Campus Operations without SLD approval will be returned to sender.
  • Fifteen (15) business days prior notification is needed to schedule food catering. Please contact Aramark here to coordinate.

  • Custom events are events held in any facility or area on campus that does not have a simple standard equipment configuration, and/or events in standard facilities that require additional equipment not included in the standard configuration.

    Custom events require a minimum of 30 business days notice and usually require planning and discussion to determine whether they will be feasible with available staff and equipment. Depending upon the location, parts or all of your media request may be cancelled. Please make a consultation meeting with Media Resources at (916) 558-2215.
  • Custom events are events held in any facility or area on campus that does not have a simple standard equipment configuration, and/or events in standard facilities that require additional equipment not included in the standard configuration.

    Rain Plans must be assessed for viability in the new location. Depending upon the location, parts or all of your media request may be cancelled. If you would like suggestions on how to create a Rain Plan that encompasses all your media request, please make a consultation meeting with Media Resources at (916) 558-2215.
  • AV setups require a minimum of 15 business days for processing.

  • Please pick up the media cabinet key from Operations: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
 

Custodial Requirements

  • Please make sure that all requests for customized Custodial Services for your event are indicated below, including a diagram of table arrangements etc. Requestors need to allow a minimum of 15 business days for custom set-ups. Set up revisions need to be made no later than 5 business days in advance. Previously submitted and confirmed Rain plan options are accepted within 24 hours before event.
  • A form to submit a layout of how you would like the setup arranged may be required. This will be indicated when you receive confirmation of facility.
