All colleges are required to submit a Midterm Report to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) at the midpoint between each comprehensive evaluation team visit. The accreditation cycle is 7 years and last occurred in 2015. The midpoint for SCC’s Midterm Report for the 2015 comprehensive evaluation was due to ACCJC March 15, 2019.
SCC’s Midterm Report includes a narrative analysis and evidence that: 1) demonstrate how deficiencies have been resolved, 2) describes progress on the Recommendations from the 2015 Accreditation Report, and 3) identifies the status of Improvement Plans (formerly known as “Planning Agenda Items”) from the Institutional Self Evaluation Report (formerly known as “Self Study”).
Below you will find the complete 2019 Midterm Report that was submitted to ACCJC in March 2019 with all supporting attachments. There is also a link to ACCJC’s letter of response to our report and a link to the letter from ACCJC changing our midterm reporting date from Fall 2018 to Spring 2019.
